Dr. Cherrel Francisca is a relationship expert, skilled motivational speaker, and founder of Family Relation First, which is a Centre for Family Awareness and Education. He has a B.A. in Secondary Education, a B.A. in Theology, master’s degree in Family Relations and PhD in Family Life Education and Consultancy. He has ample experience in consultancy and department management. He is an enterprising leader adept at cultivating and establishing policies and procedures promoting strategic organizational development. He is an accomplished professional with expertise in family life education, counseling, relationship coaching, teaching and motivational speaking. He is a published author of family and relationship books and other scientific publications. He authored several books such as: Basic Needs of Children; How to Deal with Your Teenager; The Teenager’s Manual: All You Need to Know When You Are a Teenager; and The Profile for an Extraordinary Relation (Volumes 1 and 2). His work has been recognized by the government of Curacao in 2010, in The Hague, The Netherlands and recommended by several government administrations during the years.

Lately he has also published in professional and scientific Journal the results of an experimental research namely “Impact of the new competency-based marital and relationship education program named Profile of Durable and Successful Couples”. For more than 20 years Dr. Cherrel Francisca has been counseling families and providing emotional support, psychological help and coaching to couples. He created the first competency- and research-based marital and relationship education program; and provides both premarital as well as marital education. Additionally, he is a multilingual communicator and speaks English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamentu. Cherrel has studied and work in different countries, such as Colombia, Puerto Rico, USA, The Netherlands, Mexico, and the Caribbean. This provides him both experience as well as context to understand family dynamics in multiple contexts. Cherrel Francisca is competent relationship expert and coach with a Doctor of Philosophy PhD focused on Family Life Education and Consultation.

Jean Marie is a family educationist and inquisitive educator. She studied a B.Sc. in Educational Science –Minor in Philosophy and a M.Sc. in Education and Child Studies – Philosophy, Theoretical, Historic and Cross cultural at the Rijksuniversity Leiden. She has experience as teacher at College level at Hogeschool Rotterdam where she worked a several years as teacher; she taught method of teaching, child development and educational psychology. She is a gifted young lady who participated a several programs helping teenager get back on track. Besides, she is president of Alivio Foundation. Jean Marie believe in people and are convinced that everybody possess the potential to reach their maximum potential.

Margareth Maduro-Koeiman is educationist, coach en trainer. She is the director of Family Diamonds Bureau, which is a bureau with Christian background that provide educational advise, coaching and nanny services. In addition she has been guest speaker at various congresses on the topic of family and child education. She has been functioning as consultant for about 10 year and has experience working with parents, young people and professionals. Margareth focus is on helping parents and their family to reach their maximum potential as individual, through private and group coaching. Besides she provides special guidance and orientation to career women, regarding how to balance career and work. Margareth main focus as professional coach is on helping individual see chances and make use of these lost chances/opportunities to reach your dreams and recover from unfortunate circumstances. She has a special capacity to empathize, understand and provide functional solutions. Her experience as mother and as professional are important asset which help her understand and provide sharp and effective advises to clients.

Urwin Margaretha currently studies theology at Puerto Rico,however business and administration area fascinates him. He is a young entrepreneur who started his first business when 19 year old. Urwin want to develop his skills on both social and administrative area. He is currently director of Babysitters Club Curacao which consists of 10 Nanny's among others. Vianella has a Bachelor Degree in Social Work and she has also obtained a special certification as pedagogist from UOC. Vianella has special experience in the educational field, providing special guidance and support to children, students and teachers from both primary as well as secondary education level. Her expertise is on providing guidance and coaching to parents with children that has behavioral problems, she provide counselling to families in crisis, and empower teachers that work with children with behavioral problems.

Rostania Isenia, better known as Tania, currently acts as a school social worker at SOZDA - Foundation Education of Seventh Days Adventists (Advent School Board). She is one of the founders of the care team of the three (3) advent schools here in Curaçao, from the year 2015. Isenia provides training and guidance to students, parents, and teachers. In addition, she also teaches the students of the sixth grade the subject Social and Emotional Training.

Isenia has obtained her Bachelor's degree in Social Work, in Pedagogical Assistance, with Major Social Educational Care. During her study years she did an internship at the Ministry of Administration, Planning & Services, Probation Service Curaçao, SOZDA and the Public Schools Department.

After her studies at the UoC, she obtained her Pedagogical Certificate, where she can also teach the following subjects - People & Society, General Social Sciences, History and Geography - to students of secondary vocational education. In addition, Isenia has followed various courses and has a certificate on problems such as “Multidisciplinary Approach” and “LVB Problems”.

Isenia is currently working on her Thesis to complete her study in Master Educational Science this year.
